Welcome To Animal House

Greetings pet people and welcome to my Animal House blog! Animal House is a blog dedicated to everything pets...dogs, cats, hamsters, ferrets and pets of all kinds. You see, I am a pet lover and always have been. In fact, I got married last year to another pet lover and we figured that this group would somehow form a family - That's the way we all became the Sawyer Bunch. In the picture is all of our pets and even a couple of our special ones who have passed on to a better life!

So what type of things are you going to see in Animal House? We intend to cover the world of pets from A to Z and beyond. We want to promote the love and joy that our pets bring us. We want to highlight some of the cool things people are buying, building and creating for their pets. We want to show you the fun side of being a pet owner...from the cuddly picture to the funny photo or video.

It's amazing to me how creative people are and how far they will go to make their pet happy. There are so many cool products and designs that people have created and truly need to share with the world. It's our goal here at Animal House to share that kind of stuff. Every day I scour the web and people send me links and Pins (I hope you love Pinterest as much as I do) of some really creative ideas...like these dog food drawers in the bottom of a dresser! Now that's innovative!

And then there's where we dream about cool stuff we can give to our pet to make their lives better and more comfortable. After all, they are like our kids, right? In fact, many times the dogs listen better than my husband! That's what Animal House is going to be all about. We want YOU to help us too. Send us your pet stories, pictures and anything you feel is relevant to the pet world. Be it a funny picture or video (like this duck I got to make a necktie for) or a real heart touching story, Animal House is your megaphone to get your story heard!
